About the Program

Intermediate.jpgThis program is designed for newer Quality Improvement staff or QI staff who struggle to analyze data and need a refresher. Faculty will lead participants in learning how to analyze data for better reporting to stakeholders and will provide guidance for stronger Quality Improvement Activities. Armed with basic statistical analysis skills, you will be able to better manage the challenges of the quality improvement process through better identification of problems and barriers, and intervention techniques.

Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize how to use data to identify opportunities for improvement, and interventions to address them
  • Explore techniques to analyze performance
  • Select tools to guide in analyzing data
